completing a purchase or booking a course, you agree to abide by these conditions.

2. Prices and payment
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change
prices without warning. Payment can be made through the methods listed on our
website.

3. Cancellation and refund
When booking in the booking system, cancellation of bookings must be made at least 48 hours before
scheduled time to get a full refund. In case of no-show, no money will be refunded. Special conditions
applies to fixed orbits.
In case of cancellation of events booked by mail, cancellation must be made no later than seven
days before the scheduled time to get a full refund.

4. Application of webs
As a customer of Padel Yard, you are responsible for following our code of conduct and rules for
path application. We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings if

Padel Yard is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property that occurs
