At team training for beginners, you will be introduced to the rules of the game and various strokes, so that you can learn the right technique and understanding of the game from the start. You will be guided in the right grips and given time to practice various strokes through a workout that mainly takes place as curve exercises with one focus per training exercise. In addition, you get useful inputs from our padel trainers, which you can practice on in your own padel matches.
At team training for juniors, we offer training from the age of 8 and up to 18 years. We want to ensure the future of Danish padel players, which is why there are training teams for all levels. You will become a “schooled” padel player, where there is a great focus on technique and playing style, so that the full potential of each player can be reached. There is both training for the wide player, where padel is more of a hobby, while we also offer training for the elite player who would like to go to padel just like you can go to tennis and badminton.
At all team workouts, you can expect top-shelf padel trainers who can assess the level of difficulty to apply to each individual, so that you improve as quickly as possible and have a good experience. In addition, you will meet other players of your level with whom you can arrange matches afterwards.
