Membership Terms — Padel Yard
Please read our membership terms and conditions below:
1. Membership
- Membership is personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- Sharing membership entails immediate disbarment without compensation as well as a fine of DKK 2,000.
- As a member, you get a discount on your own share (¼) of the course price.
- The discount can only be used on one lane at a time and only for yourself.
- Member discount cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or offers
2. Booking and payment
- All bookings are made through MatchI.
- The bookmaker of the course gets the full amount booked at the time of booking. We recommend that you always use split payment to take advantage of membership benefits, we do not have the option of adding members at the back end of a booking.If you choose to pay the full course (without split payment), you must select the members before completing the payment to get the membership discounts. This can not be done subsequently.
- Players can be added up to 2 hours after the match finishes, after which each player will be drawn for the amount corresponding to their membership price. This can ONLY be done by selecting “split payment”/“partial payment”.
- Bank processing times vary and it can take up to 24 hours before the correct amount is withdrawn.
- If you pay with MasterCard, the amount will always be deducted only after the end of the booking.
- If you pay with Visa, the money can be reserved for up to 10 days — this means that if you book 14 days ahead, the amount will be deducted 4 days before the game, and after the match, the payment will be automatically adjusted to reflect any member discounts and split payments correctly.
3. Cancellation, no show and cancel
- Cancel no later than 48 hours before game time to avoid payment.
- In case of no show, the full price of the course will be charged without a membership discount, for any reason.
- Cancellations and terminations must be made via MatchI — not by email, phone or in the hall.
- Termination of monthly memberships is continuous month + 2 months and must be done by writing to kontakt@padelyard.dk.
- Annual memberships are automatically renewed unless they are terminated within one month prior to the renewal date. Members are themselves responsible for terminating their membership in a timely manner.
4. Changes from Padel Yard
- Padel Yard may move bookings for operational or planning reasons.
- If a booking is cancelled by Padel Yard, the full amount will be refunded automatically.
5. Pricing changes and upgrades
- Padel Yard reserves the right to adjust prices on an ongoing basis — both on memberships and on track rentals.
- In the event of significant changes in operating conditions or improvements to facilities, memberships may be price adjusted or terminated, all in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
- Changes in prices will always be communicated in writing and with reasonable notice.
6. Booking restrictions and controls
- There are restrictions on how many bookings you can have at a time. The restriction depends on membership type and applies both as a primary booker and as an added player.
- Spot checks are conducted weekly to ensure members attend on their own bookings.
- Abuse of membership will lead to immediate deprivation without compensation, as well as a fine of DKK 2,000.
